Arran Thomas

Arran is a psychotherapeutic counsellor working with adults

Sometimes in life we can feel disconnected and alone with our thoughts and feelings. I aim to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you feel safe to bring things that might feel uncomfortable to talk about elsewhere. These may include anxiety, depression, existential issues, identity, obsessive thoughts, shame, trauma, loss, and relationship difficulties. This list is not exhaustive and if you’re unsure, we can explore it together in a free, 20-minute initial session.

As an individual member of the BACP, the largest professional body for counsellors in the UK, I abide by their Ethical Framework, which includes principles of confidentiality and good practice.

I offer both short- and long-term counselling with availability for in-person counselling on Tuesday evenings from 5pm to 8pm, as well as other times which can be arranged.

I am also able to offer sessions in British Sign Language (BSL) and Sign Supported English (SSE).
