Caroline Brown
Caroline is an integrative therapist working with adults
Caroline provides a space to unpack what’s making her clients feel overwhelmed so that they can better understand their worries. Hopefully, in due course they will get a new perspective and feel more secure.
Sessions enable the client to focus on fears and past hurts that limit psychological freedom so that they can identify any specific triggers that may be unsettling and disrupting their life.
Through this awareness, integrative therapy helps clients to create a healthy union between mind and body - empowering the client to start setting goals and practising new behaviours that will enable them to move beyond any self-imposed limitations.
These may be some of the challenges, feelings and behaviours that are negatively impacting on your wellbeing and why you are considering starting therapy:
Anxiety & Stress
Depression
Family conflicts
Relationships
Separation and Divorce
Bereavement
Trauma
Neuro diversity (ADHD, ADD, Autism Spectrum and Dyslexia)
Abuse ( physical, sexual, emotional and financial)
Work-related stress
Low self-esteem and lack of confidence
Trauma
Cultural identity
It takes courage to start this journey of healing of past wounds and working towards having a sense of wholeness. If you are ready to take the next step, Caroline has the skill and experience to help and empower you, in a safe supportive and comfortable environment.
Caroline Brown is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She has a Diploma in Therapeutic Integrative Counselling (psychodynamic and person-centred) and a Certificate in treating Clinical Trauma (CCTP). In addition, Caroline also holds an MSC in Psychology.
