Clinical Psychologist with 25 year experience working for the NHS (South London and Maudsley NHS Trust) and in private practise

I offer individual and couple therapy and counselling to people who decided to seek psychological help with a variety of problems.

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with a 25-year experience of working with people with severe mental health problems in the NHS (South London and Maudsley NHS Trust), and also in private practice.

In my private practice, I specialise in helping people with anxiety and/or depression related to marriage break-up, relationship problems, work stress, low self-esteem and other life problems.

I have extensive experience of working with diverse clients and  I offer a supportive, confidential and non-judgemental environment in which we can explore your difficulties.

I offer both short and long-term therapy. My approach is based on interpersonal and psychodynamic therapy, and I also use aspects of positive psychology.

I am registered with HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council), a body which governs psychologists and other care professions who are fully qualified and meet the criteria for safe practice.

What to expect

My work with clients starts with a short assessment and an explanation of what I can offer so that you can decide whether you would like to work with me.

If you would like to arrange the initial consultation, please e-mail, text or phone me. If I cannot reply immediately, I will get in touch within 24 hours.
